Some points from recent council meetings
These have also been circulated to members in Ian’s monthly club newsletters
- Chris – Land & Buildings. Could members please not open the electrical box in the clubhouse. On Sunday 1st December it was found left open. If there is a problem with electrics, then please contact Chris as a matter of urgency. (Many thanks – Ian Law media-editor)
- Chris – Land & Buildings. Please could members NOT wedge open the door on the toilet block. We do not want a situation where the block gets flooded again.
- Chris – Land and Buildings : Do not overload the electricity boxes near to the boats. We have had 1 box burnt out. This is a fire risk and very dangerous.
- Chris – Land and Buildings : There is to be NO parking on the grassed area from the locked club gate through to the clubhouse and also on the peninsular between the mainline and the Dorfold moorings. Please park on the Dorfold only, and face the same orientation as the boats, to maximise space.
- Could ALL members please remember to sign in when they arrive at the club?
- Please could you keep the area by your boat clean and tidy and, if possible, remove any weeds (Please do not use a weed killer spray)
- Dave – Commodore The club private Facebook page is only to be used for club information.
